Novation FLpad Beat Production Set – Program It, Then Record Over It

The FLpad builds the track, and the Scarlett 2i2 brings in everything the pads cannot play: a vocal, a guitar, a synth. Auto Gain sets your input level, Clip Safe protects the take and the closed-back MDR-7506 keeps the beat out of the microphone. One order and your desk is ready for a full session.

In This Setup

• Novation FLpad – 8x8 grid controller made with Image-Line for FL Studio, with 64 velocity-sensitive RGB pads, Channel Rack and step sequencer control, USB-C bus power and an FL Studio Producer Edition licence for 6 months.
• Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th Gen – 2-in/2-out USB-C audio interface with two mic preamps, Auto Gain, Clip Safe, Loopback and 24-bit/192 kHz converters with up to 120 dB dynamic range.
• Sony MDR-7506 – closed-back, over-ear studio headphones with 40 mm neodymium drivers, a 10 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range, a foldable frame and a coiled cable.

Why This Combination

• From loop to song: two inputs let you record vocals or instruments over the patterns you build on the grid.
• Better sound than the laptop jack: the Scarlett 2i2 gives you a proper headphone output and monitor outputs for speakers later.
• Built for tracking: closed-back headphones stop your backing track leaking into the microphone.

Set price includes the controller, audio interface and headphones; microphone and computer not included.
